How do you fortify Jing (pre-natal qi)?

Going over the notes I took during my medical Qi Gong module in January with Daju Huihai Suzanne Friedman, who passed away this past March 3rd, reliving all of the wisdom of her lectures.  I struggled to get everything down, because every single word she said had weight and insight.  She asked if anyone knew how you can fortify jing, aka pre-natal qi, pointing out that TCM says you can’t build these things.  But you can!  And the answer is: prayer, meditation, and sleep.  Suzanne also provided a beautiful and practical definition of meditation and prayer: ‘Prayer is meditation turned outwards.  Meditation is prayer turned inwards.‘ I am hoping to post more of my notes at some point, particularly her information about acupuncture Spirit Points.
